Open Access Policy

All journals published by Ilmues Open Journals operate under a full open-access publishing model. All published articles are freely available to readers worldwide without subscription, registration, or access fees.

Copyright and Licensing

Authors retain copyright of their work. Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY), unless otherwise stated by the journal.

This license permits unrestricted use, distribution, adaptation, and reproduction in any medium, provided that the original work is properly cited.

Article Processing Fees

Journals published by Ilmues Open Journals do not charge article processing charges (APCs), submission fees, or publication fees.

Should any fees be introduced in the future for specific journals or article types, such changes will be announced transparently on the relevant journal website prior to implementation.

Volume and Issue Policy

Journals published by Ilmues Open Journals organize their publications by volume and issue. Each volume typically corresponds to a calendar year. Issues may be published periodically or on a continuous publication basis within a volume, depending on the journal’s editorial model.

The publisher reserves the right to adjust publication frequency and structure in response to submission volume and editorial considerations, while maintaining consistency and transparency.

Article Pagination and Identification

Published articles are assigned final pagination or article identifiers upon publication within an issue or volume. Pagination or article numbering remains fixed for citation, indexing, and archival purposes.

Archiving and Preservation

Ilmues Open Journals is committed to ensuring the long-term accessibility and preservation of all published content. Appropriate digital preservation and archiving measures are implemented to safeguard the scholarly record.

All published articles are:

  • Assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI)
  • Stored in multiple secure digital locations
  • Made permanently available through the journal’s publishing platform

The publisher supports recognized digital preservation practices to ensure continued access in the event of platform disruption or technological change.

Self-Archiving and Reuse Policy

Authors are permitted to self-archive their work without restriction, provided appropriate acknowledgment of the original publication is included.

Authors may deposit:

  • Preprints (manuscripts prior to peer review)
  • Accepted manuscripts (peer-reviewed, author-accepted versions)
  • Published versions (final version of record)

Permitted repositories and platforms include:

All self-archived versions must clearly cite the original publication and include a link to the published article and its DOI.

Publication Model and Post-Publication Updates

Published articles may be updated through:

All post-publication updates are permanently linked to the original article to maintain transparency and integrity of the scholarly record.

Advertising and Sponsorship

Ilmues Open Journals does not permit advertising, sponsorship, or commercial influence to affect editorial decisions or the content of published articles.

The publisher is responsible for:

  • Platform maintenance
  • DOI registration
  • Metadata dissemination
  • Ensuring long-term accessibility of published content
