All journals published by Ilmues Open Journals are fully open access scholarly journals. All articles are made freely and permanently available online immediately upon publication.

Readers are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles without financial, legal, or technical barriers. No subscription, registration, or access fees are required.

Meaning of Open Access

Open access refers to the unrestricted online availability of scholarly research, allowing any user to access, reuse, and build upon published content with proper attribution.

Ilmues Open Journals adheres to the principles of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) and supports the global dissemination of research knowledge.

Article Processing Charges

Journals published by Ilmues Open Journals do not levy article processing charges (APCs). Open access publication is supported without financial burden to authors.

Any future changes to fee structures, should they occur, will be clearly announced on the relevant journal website prior to implementation.

Third-Party Material

If an article includes third-party material that is not covered by the CC BY license, authors must obtain appropriate permissions prior to publication and clearly indicate the licensing status of such material within the article.
